Ring Production Terms and Conditions
These Terms of Service (hereinafter referred to as "these Terms") define the conditions for using the ring making service (hereinafter referred to as "the Service") provided by sazare (hereinafter referred to as "our workshop"). Customers are required to agree to these Terms before using the Service.
Article 1 (Reservation and Formation of Contract)
Customers must make reservations through the method specified by our workshop (website, telephone, official LINE account, etc.).
The service agreement is concluded when our workshop sends you a notification confirming acceptance of your reservation.
Article 2 (Cancellation and Lateness)
If you wish to cancel or reschedule, please contact us as soon as possible.
In the event of a cancellation due to customer reasons, the following cancellation fees may apply.
3 days to 1 day prior: [●●]% of the experience fee
Cancellation on the day of the reservation or without notice: 100% of the experience fee
If you are more than 15 minutes late for your appointment, we may shorten the production time or treat it as a same-day cancellation.
Article 3 (Disclaimer and Precautions during the Production Process)
Our workshop will not be held responsible for any injuries sustained due to failure to follow the instructor's instructions or for any accidents caused by customer negligence.
If tools or equipment are damaged due to customer negligence during production, you may be responsible for the repair costs.
We cannot be held responsible for any stains or damage to your clothing, so please wear comfortable clothing that you don't mind getting dirty.
Due to the handmade nature of the product, we cannot guarantee the perfect uniformity that can be found in mass-produced items made by machines. Please understand that this is part of the unique character that comes with handmade items.
After-sales services such as resizing and refinishing are generally provided free of charge within [● months after delivery] (excluding shipping costs and cases requiring significant rework). For further details, please refer to the terms of the warranty.
Article 4 (Product Quality and Warranty)
You are free to take photos and videos inside the workshop, but please be considerate of the privacy of other customers and staff.
We may post photos of our customers working on their projects or their finished works, taken by our studio, on our website and social media. If you do not wish for your photos to be published, please inform our staff on the day of your visit.
Article 5 (Photography and Use of Social Media, etc.)
When using this service, customers must not engage in the following actions:
Acts that violate public order and morals
Disruptive behavior towards other customers and staff
Use of fire or bringing in hazardous materials within the facility
We cannot accept designs that infringe on the intellectual property rights of others.
Article 6 (Prohibited matters)

Our workshop reserves the right to change these terms and conditions at any time without prior notice to customers if it deems it necessary.
Article 7 (Amendment of the Regulations)
Supplementary Provisions: These Terms and Conditions shall come into effect on April 1, 2026.
